Then you should see something like this -

Click on the report icon. The report should open in newly popped up window in pdf format. If it does not open, allow pop ups in your browser by going to following link.

Log in issues, largely resolved. Still if you find that you are not able to log in or the log in page does not open, call on 02340558 or 9403411612 and ask them to reset the router/modem. Sometimes resetting the router, helps resolve connectivity errors. If still no resolution, then it cannot be helped as it is Internet Service Provider related issue. Try logging in after some time again..
